MICE groups can travel in style

We like to pack our incentives full of great experiences, even during necessary things like transfers. We’ve got a huge variety of options to choose from, depending on location, budget, and what you'd like your incentive winners to experience in Scotland.

Here are some of the options we can offer as your destination management partner for MICE events in Scotland.

Rugged Adventure

Scotland is all about the outdoors. The mountains, the glens, forests, lochs, rivers and more. The best way to experience this stunning scenery is to get amongst it. For the right groups (or for optional activities), we can craft programmes that will allow incentive participants to take an exciting transfer that puts them right in the heart of the countryside. This could be mountain biking through a forest, rafting or canoeing down a highland river, or even speedboats / ribs across a loch.

A Touch of Class

When your group is expecting a coach for their city tour, we can surprise them with a vintage bus from the 1950s, including a conductor! Always allow extra time for photos as groups love to pose hanging off the back of the coach :)

Sometimes, an incentive calls for an extra special touch of class. Imagine the group arriving at a castle for their gala dinner evening in a fleet of chauffeur-driven vintage cars, as a kilted piper welcomes them onto the red carpet... it's an arrival to remember!

Sheer Luxury

If your incentive group has a fabulous budget, then there are some amazing ways to transport them around Scotland. From our award-winning chauffeur partner, to helicopters, they will certainly arrive in style. Our most favourite is chartered luxury train travel. We’re lucky enough to have access to some of the world’s most luxurious trains, which will take you through the truly breathtaking scenery of the Scottish Highlands, in 5* style.

Typical Scottish

If your MICE group are keen to experience some traditional Scottish transport there is always the iconic British ‘black hack’ taxi, which is great for small city transfers. We also love to give our clients the chance to experience 4x4 self-driving, both on and off-road…just like modern day Highlanders do!

If you'd like to discuss Scotland as a destination for your next incentive, please get in touch :)
